Hi AV park runners, looking for a little advice. Been running since end of Feb and have recently come to suspect I am over pronating, particularly on left side. Bought new pair of neutral cushioned trainers Sun in case it was my trainer worn but felt much the same tonight so stopped my run at 5K. I'm building my distance and had wanted to do 11.3 miles tonight or Wednesday but won't get a chance to visit shop with GA until Fri at earliest. Guess it's most sensible to put off long run until trainers/gait resolved? Anybody recommend a running shoe shop with GA? Thinking of getting train into Brum and trying Runners Need?? Anybody advice?
