I am not the kind of person who wants to have to watch everything a professional does - thats why I hired the movers. To my surprise, the day after the move, I was going through my stacked furniture and what I saw was a nightmare. Almost all of my furniture was severely damaged during the move. One bed was incorrectly assembled and I had to redo the work I paid for. When they came back, they wanted to charge me for that time!!! One of the movers in the van was listening music in high volume on a Easter Sunday morning! The Police was called by the neighbours! I contacted customer support and initially they said they wanted to solve this properly with me. Then, they started to get defensive, throwing at me their terms and conditions, saying that the furniture was not provided in a worthy manner for the move, and that assembling is the customer responsibility and any damage report has to be done during the move. I will never use these guys again.  I was completely ripped off.
