  Melinda B. wrote: Stay away from Frank Crenshaw the owner. Quality is poor, rude, arrogant, does not follow contract. Took eight months for a simple deck. Will tell you he has three crews but includes himself as a crew, one other person as a crew and then 3 work as a crew HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! He's submitted phony reviews
