  Best hair coloring and high lights in amsterdam thus far is Renae at http://www.colourlounge.nl she is Australian so no language issues there. Excellent service, patient and knowledgable. Only go there now. Also good at haircuts but have done obit one trim there and was very satisfied. Good luck!
