  Lori K. wrote: Rechela is an experienced architect AND lawyer who is an expert in dealing with the iriya (Ra'anana municipality) about building rights, etc. Rechela was the architect/project manager for our in-law's extensive penthouse renovation. She was fabulous, paying attention to every detail, getting us great prices at all the suppliers (she passed on all of her discounts) and arguing with the contractor and subs. She ALSO was our lawyer for various property purchases and sales. She knows everyone in the engineering dept. of the city and is an expert in understanding and getting permits for the maximum allowable building rights.
