Hi All! In need of a referral or direction on a good attorney that can handle a landlord/tenant dispute. My lease clearly states the date in which it ends but my landlord wants to charge me an extra months rent and fees because the math is wrong. Lease says 18 months from May 2014 ending Sept 2015. With the end date clearly displayed on the lease as 9/30/2015. I shouldn't be penalized because he can't do math, right?! I want out! Help!
