  We are looking at adding a 3rd Floor to our semi-detached home - does anyone have recommendations for a designer/architecture firm who can do initial drawings so we can begin getting contractor quotes, etc.? Prefer recommendations from those that have actually had work done if possible. Much appreciated :)

  We did not do a 3 rd floor addition, but we did a full gut reno and built a new garage with this architect, including huge structural changes like moving the staircases... http://www.geometradesign.com
