podcartfan replied:I used [McIntosh](http://www.mcintoshhardwoodfloors.com/) for refinishing my entire house. It included sanding, patching, and stain/seal. I was pleased with the results and have no doubt he'd do a good job on a full replacement. It's a father son team and they were very good at communicating and letting you known about the status or concerns.

They did ours after someone recommended them and I know a ton of others that have used them. A+ on the BBB and I think they have a Facebook page. Not sure if they are on angies list. They do a lot of high end work given their attention to detail. I have pics of our solid hickory floors if you would like to see an example. Pretty stinky for several days if you have it done the right way. There is probably some lag on timing due to their popularity but worth the wait....
