Hello Milena, if you're open for more options I can recommend the guy who built my website: www.london-city-lets.com (PM me if you prefer) - this is more of a tenant-facing website tho I'm in the process of setting up a LL-facing one to link to this one. There's no obligation at all; I know he has built a number R2R websites & the cost is very competitive around £150-200 (one-off payment) & no monthly maintenance fees. FYI - I'm a graduate of the excellent Francis Dolley's course & have my R2Rs in SW London. hope this helps. :-)
