I keep thinking about this delicious salad I had the other night at a magical dinner inside a huge Berkeley greenhouse filled with giant roses and tomato and squash plants bursting forth with fruit. Our friends, Kyle and Ashley Knies are launching their Greenhouse Dinners (maybe brunches too, if we get lucky) and they invited us to the inaugural event—we feel so honored.
