  In need of a recommendation. For the first time ever my leg is in excruciating pain with sciatica. It started yesterday and I literally didn’t sleep a minute last night... I was hoping it would just slowly get better today but it’s the opposite. I’m catching myself walking really odd, I’m sure making it much worse.   Need help please. What's the best walk in orthopedic type doctor in town? My right arm is numb. Just my thumb and top of forearm is numb. I can't move my hand. I slept on it wrong last night and the numbness didn't go all the way away. I'm typing with my left hand. I had to leave work because it's so non functional, and I'm scared. Is it a pinched nerve? Any advice or recommendations are more than appreciated.
