  Best jeweler for repairing rings and necklaces? I took my ring and a necklace in to be cleaned last year to a local shop. It took FOREVER, cost a small fortune, and when I got them back, within a month the pendant broke at the part where it hangs from the chain. It resulted in ruining the chain as well. I was annoyed, but couldn't prove that anything they had done had caused it. So it sat on my desk until just recently when I noticed that my engagement ring that he had cleaned as well, was now missing a diamond. It's a year later of course, and anything *could* have happened to cause that, but in the past when I have had my things cleaned, they always inspect and repair anything that looks funny. I always do regular maintenance on my good jewellery, so I am uneasy to take it back to the same place. I need a reasonable, efficient, HONEST jeweler. Recommendations please?

  Dyers in Aston does great work, very professional, reasonable prices and very nice people. They have repaired jewelry over the years for us and we highly recommend them. Just a few minutes from Media. 2745 Weir Rd. 6108590222.
