  A few years ago my back went into spasm ended up going to an osteopath every week for about 6 weeks then at 6 week intervals. I use to see a lady called Jenny at the castle street client literally up the road from the salon. She does evening appointments too which was ideal for me. 30 min session was about £35. http://www.castlestreetclinic.net/
