  Hello everyone. Two things: First: I'm a young homeowner in Aries and have a 16 year old deck and fencing. I own a middle unit so not much fencing but have a first and second floor deck. Any recommendations for people who can do quality repairs on decks/fences and possibly replace everything without costing me an arm and a leg? Second: I have an open room available for rent starting August 1st.

  Peter the rear second floor decks in Aeries with removing spiral staircase run about 3500.00 There are many many issues with these existing decks utilizing overspannend joist systems and to make matters worse there is NO solid lumber to bolt new deck to under the siding at the floor level. A new deck will require 4 posts against the house and bolted to the house and two post on the outer edge connected to the concrete patio. If the steel staircase was not in place on these decks almost all of them would have collapsed with a small party on the deck in my opinion as having 30 years of deck design and building experience.Call me is you wish to discuss further. 757 621 2082
