  Helmut newcake is amazing! And totally agree with Tracey RE NoGlu! It's worth downloading the gf travel cards as there can be some confusion regarding ingredients we can't have, a few places thought it meant I also couldn't have nuts including nutmeg oil?! If anything I found they are overly careful, I found it great. Have a lovely time x

  Helmut Newcake .... great Not tried NoGlu .... full up! Do try Chambelland in the 11 th ... just of Rue Oberkamph .... amazing bakery and pattiserie. As for restaurants .... go for traditional french food ..... sadly in France pizza and pasta extremely popular; no chance of either being GF! Do go ... it's wonderful.... been about 6 times since GF.

  Hi, I found it reasonably difficult when I was out there last September. I went to Helmut Newcake a few times and Noglu which was wonderful for a proper meal out. http://www.noglu.fr/

  Noglu, it's amazing , but make sure you book. It's in an arcade and opposite is their deli shop selling bread, cakes etc
