Looking for a nutritionist, dietician or someone who just loves real food to help my family and I transition to a paleo-esque diet. I need someone who can pull together a simple 4-week rotating meal plan with nutrient dense foods that are familiar, comfort foods for my husband :)
I'd like help with finding/creating the recipes, shopping lists as well as monthly prep instructions so I can do most of the prep work once per month. I know there are a number of meal plans that are available for purchase but would like something a bit more personalized. Any recommendations or anyone with some free time that would like to help me out? ;) TIA!!!
