  I am planning to hike up Mount Kilimanjaro, should I go before or after my volunteer experience? I am planning to volunteer in Tanzania for two weeks. Also, I know that IVHQ has a partner organization they work with for planning the hikes has anyone taken them? Does anyone have any companies they would suggest to go with?

Chat to Darren, he may be able to give you better help than I can about joining a group. Usually tour companies have set tour dates if you going solo which you can join others doing the same. Maybe just mail them and ask if that's the case! Darren is a super cool dude.. You won't go wrong with him.
