  Hi need some help for a client - does anyone know of good solicitor knowledgeable and experienced in mortgage shortfall debt - my clients heard nothing from lender since 2009 and then yesterday they served court hearing for income information notice for £270k- she works PT earning £6000 pa lives in rented acc but has 2 properties that are on mortgage that her sons live in - any help or point us in right direction would be great - thanks
