  Unpleasant situation my wife finds herself in.... "Has anyone had anyone default on interest payments for an agreed loan to a fellow property investor? Am in the unenviable position of some high profile people in the property world, despite the promise of a standing order being set up, defaulting on payments, which only arise following chasing. Getting fed up with this. As they were high profile and we have many mutual friends, it seemed like a safe thing to do. Lesson learned...
