  Hi Chris, we spent a week camping in St David's last august. we cooked most of the time but Oriel Y Parc cafe 01437 721512 did a fantastic gf cooked breakfast (very knowledgeable) and they even did us up sandwiches for lunch (slightly expensive sandwich)vI have just looked at their website and says they cater gf. There was a very small cafe and1 pub that we ate in too but can't remember the names if either.

  Lou Lou's cafe in Newport, Pembs. Wonderful cafe. Also Ffynnone Arms pub near Boncath. Oriel Y Parc cafe in St. David's too I think.
