I have a 26 bed Hmo on a 10 year lease option available in Nelson, BB9 The property needs some slight modernisation due to recent damage (approx £50k) but after works each room would produce a minimum of £300 pcm There is a strong demand for workers in the location and I have found a great agent who is extremely competent in looking after this style of property. After taking into consideration rent to landlord, utilities, voids, maintenance etc it would leave circa £3k pcm cash flow Would anyone be interested in this?
