  We left always our dog at Pension Haas http://www.tierpension-haas.de or Biggi's Tierpension http://www.biggis-tierpension.com. The first is in Nürnberg, the second one is in Uehlfeld. By the Haas is oft full but try, by Biggi's I always found a place!

  Tirepension Haas is excellent! http://www.tierpension-haas.de/ We board our dogs there but have friends who were very impressed with the facilities for their cats. The owner, Peter Haas, speaks some English in case this is an issue.
