This page was created to support the work that I do as a personal trainer, it was put in place as a tool to keep clients motivated and up to date with what we are up to. The page was designed to offer FREE fitness tips and diet advise to clients and followers alike. I use the page for advertising and promoting any group sessions or charity work I do and also for reaching out to clients and potential clients as well as offering free advise to anyone who requires it. I am passionate about health and fitness and it is important to me to educate people to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle. My clients are my friends and each one of them has a phenomenal success story to tell, this in itself I feel speaks volumes and you would only have to attend one group session to see that everyone has become, fitter, healthier, more confident and mentally stronger.
