  Hello neighbors! I've been trying to research info on the hdlc, and am not finding much info. We're sprucing up our house and I wanted to make sure there aren't any restrictions on paint colors before we start. Also wondering if anyone has any painters they would recommend. we got estimates all over the place, and would love to go with someone that has done other houses in the neighborhood. Thanks!
