  www.masonandtaylor.co.uk This bar at the top of Brick Lane sells loads of vegan beers which are labelled on their drinks menu. Not good for vegan food but there's plenty of that in the indoor markets on a Sunday, two falafel places at Spitalfields Market every day and also Lennie's in Calverts Row off Shoreditch High Street and the new Troy and Troyganics Turkish style buffets up Kingsland Road just past The Grocery wholefood store.
