  Jayaprasad K. wrote: I signed a contract for basement finishing with Mr.Jonathan Mosquera of Atlanta Advanced Homes LLC. on 12-29-2014. As per the signed agreement, the project was supposed to get completed in 8-10 weeks. He started the work on time. But, the work is not yet completed by today(11-29-2015). Mr. Jonathan is not responding to any of my phone calls for the past 4 months. I tried to contact him every working day during these 4 months. He has taken the complete contract amount from me and is missing with a huge list of items pending to complete. Never get into his trap !
