As a health and safety percaution Buckin Chute Babies does not accept refunds on baby bedding we will accept them on bags, but not for the baby bedding itself we look out for all of our customers well beings. If you are not satisfied with your bedding order a quick email to us will help us provide you with information to make things how you would like. We have the same policy for our Facebook purchases through paypal, etsy and at shows. It is a very rare occurrence but wanted to but it out there in black and white I mean we wouldn't want to buy someones used swimsuit at the store now would we ;)
