I've never had a narrow boat without a wood burning stove before. But with this one we have put in diesel central heating and it's up and running. Radiators are in and towel rail style one in bathroom. It is certainly warm enough when we tried it out (still on hard standing doing fitout) However having seen all the lovely pictures of stoves going on this site. I'm wondering if I should try and squeeze one in. Very little room left though. How much room would I realistically need? and I believe now we have to have double skinned chimneys? And cannot situate stove in the corner next to the door entry . We are doing an *RCD file so I don't want to make a mistake then there is bss.
Second point, does anyone know a good place to buy reduced height quadrant shower door. We will moving onto bathroom fitout shortly.
