  Daniel M. wrote: We called a week in advance for an appointment and the appointment was for labor day. I specificly questioned he office and they clearly stated that yes they worked on labor day and he would be at my home at 10:30 am. I returned one day early from visiting my daughter at UM for the appointment and on Monday morning at 7:30am I get a cll from his office that he had gone away for the weekend and would not be making the appointment. He could have called on Friday before the weekend or on Saturday or Sunday and I could have had a complete weekend with my Daughter. Since the 7:30am call no calls to apologize or reschedule. This is the second incident I have had with Isherwood and would never use them or recommend them again.

  Robert Isherwood (352) 259-9331 I've used Mr. Isherwood three times over the last 2 years (all unrelated problems). Each time he has arrived within a few hours of my call and quickly solved the problem. He has always had all the tools and replacement parts needed with him in his truck. He has always cleaned up after himself. I did not have to go back after he left to pickup trash (little pieces of pipe nor boxes) nor clean grease nor grime off of anything he touched. His prices were fair and reasonable.
