  Hey everyone, we are slightly new to the area only been here about a year. I currently work in lancaster but may be getting a job up here shortly and we have a daughter who would need cared for. Does anyone know of any daycares or home babysitter in the area that they recommend? My daughter is 7 months. And they cant be majorly expensive either....we are a young couple trying to make ends meet.

  Looking for suggestions... My 3, almost 4, year old son was signed up for daycare last year. He ended up not needing to go there due to shift changes and he's being watched by his grandparents. We signed him up again to attend pre-k beginning in August for the same hours. Today, I find out those hours are not acceptable because pre-k and daycare have different times. So, I'm seeking childcare for him from earliest 11am- latest 6pm. Please bear in mind, this is a kiddo who has never been watched by anyone but his parents/grandparents. Education, health and safety are extremely important, as is the ability to play with other children his age. Any suggestions? I'm just seeing what's out there, what people think so I can navigate all these daycares with a little more knowledge come August. Thank you!
