  Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for contractors/companies to do a couple projects around my house. I'm looking to refinish the original wood floors in one room and refinish the inside of an old cast iron tub. Searching online for the flooring seemed like most places were more interested in selling new flooring instead of refinishing. For the tub there are so many options and the only thing I've heard from other people is to avoid Southern Refinishing. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

  Alan Morales, Bella Restorations & Flooring 813.5439: refused to turn my a/c on in June (to keep the dust out) and appreciated my desire for the waxed look. 3 years and they still look freshly done.
