Are there any stores that sells simple tunic or something close to it, preferably on the low budget side?
Ian M. replied:
You can sometimes find some hidden gems in thrift stores or perhaps some bed sheets or other fabric that can be made into garb. After that, a couple of options might be to check out garbtheworld.com [They were at BftR and have been for the past couple of years.] or Etsy. If you haven't already, you could look into the SCA group in Vegas, the barony of Starkhafn. Most baronies will have loaner garb and on occasion, may have garb giveaways.
Dose any one know a retailer that sells ready made medival clothing like has a warehouse of pressure sewn clothing in all sizes ready to ship

Garb Theworld ( www.Garbtheworld.com ) Has both premade and custom garb available at reasonable rates.

A friend of mine got some garb from "Garb the World" since she was new to the SCA and wanted some garb. Seams fell apart after only the first couple hours. I hope others had better luck, but I won't recommend them to anyone again.
Where do you guys go to get any corsets? I am not capable enough with a sewing machine to make one myself and the site that I usually go to is mostly steampunk and burlesques, and they don't really fit with this style.
Evening everyone, I'm reaching out to see if anyone knows where I can get clothing true to time period, and if they weren't 700$ that would be cool too! Thanks!
Anyone know of a shop carrying ready-to-ship women's Viking-style tunic dresses? Asking for a customer who needs something by the end of this week. Ideally Etsy shops or websites, not just random individuals. Thanks!
