We bought a new until last June and have been trying to get the company that installed it to come and fix it. He said he thought it was fixed last week and here we are again with a 45 degree home.   Who knows of a good cheap a/c repair person? We rent but I told our landlord that our air doesn't work and it's starting to get hot in the house so I need it fixed asap.
