Our motto at the Movewell Centre is "Move Well, Live More", as we believe passionately in helping you to take care of your body - both for today and for the future.
Postural imbalances and imperfections happening now in your body are likely to go un-noticed or ignored, likely to be caused and worsened by your day to day activities and exercise regimes, and are highly likely to cause you physical problems, aches, pains and injuries in your later years,
At the Movewell Centre we believe in helping you "future proof" your body, by reducing and preventing physical aches and pains, and thus removing any restrictions these have on you living your life to the fullest.
With our extensive experience in sports massage, myofascial and trigger point release techniques, corrective exercise, personal training, health and nutrition, we can help you identify the postural imbalances in your body, understand the affect and impact of your day to day activities on your body, ensure that your exercise routine is not damaging your body, and address/overcome aches, pains, and injuries and prevent these in the future..
Our client achievements since opening the Movewell Centre in July 2012 are varied and include:

-- Increased mobility and flexibility
-- Achievement of sporting goals
-- Reduction in clothing size
-- Recovery from child birth
-- Removal of physical aches and pains

Assessment and treatment is £60 all follow up sessions are only £40.

Sam H. asked:Does anyone know of any physios in Bangor?Beckie T. replied:https://www.facebook.com/MovewellCentre I've been to this place next to quick save before and he his really good. I think the first session is free then it's £40 for each one after that and they last about 45 minutes.
