  The Atlanta Metro Area offers a more moderate climate (with all four seasons), and the north metro has some wonderful cities and some great subdivisions (including Golf Subdivisions if that is important to you - please visit http://GolfRealtyGA.com for more details). Also we have the world's business airport so flights are relatively cheap and it is pretty easy to get just about anywhere in the country (or the world) quickly. So a 3 hour flights puts me in Denver, Colorado, and at the foothills of the Rockies.
