  ISO - I need a hairstylist who has experience with greys/pastels. I'm not looking for someone who wants to try or who thinks they can. I need this cut and color. My hair hasn't been touched (color wise) in over a year and is dirty blonde so it shouldn't be too hard for someone who knows what they are doing.
