  I know I'm offering my own opinion where you aren't asking for it, but I don't really feel great about Cincinnati Bicycle. As before, I recommend Kevin at Performance Bicycle in Kenwood. I also heard one of your friends can help out with small to mediumish repairs and tweaks. I'll ask around to find out what friend it is; his name is slipping my mind right now. :)
