  Can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of the RFQ for the trellis project downtown? I'm interested in seeing the plans and specs of the project and what insurances, bonds, etc are required from the contractor.

  Derek Krehling that is through the ICDA. Susan Layton Klinger is the secretary. She should be able to provide it. The ICDA's offices are housed in Borough Hall, 60 West Emaus Street. ICDA staff can be reached by phone at 717.902.0706 Not sure what the office hours are.

It explains the past and current phases of the piping around the Ann St/Union St. intersection....
