  Medicare only covers parts of medical care - it does not cover non-medical-related custodial care which is what an adult day care or an assisted living facility is. It is usually an out of pocket expense. If you do find a program you can ask if they have a sliding scale for payment based on income. The two that I know of in the area - Senior Care of Marlton (www.seniorcarectrs.com) and The Tender Program in Moorestown (www.thetender.org). I don't know any info about costs though.
