  I am not sure if you want to do the brunch on-site or in your home, but Restaurant Forty-Six in Kannapolis does a nice brunch. Have been there on Easter Sunday twice. http://restaurantfortysix.com/

  I live in kannapolis and I'm getting tired of the same restaurants over and over but have been to scared to venture out as these few we have been to know my daughter by name now and know her condition. We go to chillis, and Logan's most of the time can anyone recommend any other places in the kannapolis concord area.

  There is a place called Restaurant 46, right down town. http://www.restaurantfortysix.com/ They have some great burgers and they have specific labels on their menu for GF. They may only be open for lunch though. Down in Afton Village their is a place called Afton Tavern that although does not have a GF menu they are very GF friendly. I have eaten there many times. I know both of these places may not be a typical place for kids but they are pretty good.
