I was mislead by the gentleman paralegal. I explained my situation to him and he assured me that the atty would be able to help. He stated that I needed to pay $150 to start which would go towards her coming to assist me the next day. I specifically asked if this was a consultation fee and was told it's goes towards her pymt for assisting me. Once I paid and spoke with Eugenia she stated that she couldn't help me. I asked for my $150 back because I was told that she could help me and she stated that it was a consultation fee. He gentleman knew that I didn't have the funds for the consult but assured me that she could help. Eugenia stated that he must have misunderstood what I said but no once was I offered a refund or even a partial refund after openly admitting that he misunderstood what I said. I called the gentleman back and he stated that her was going to call her and hung up in my face then sent me a text message saying Consultation fee $150. I called, text and sent an email only for neither of them to respond nor answer my call. This is horrible customer service especially after admitting he misunderstood. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone!

Ms. Grayer is very professional and knowledgeable of her job. During the period when I needed someone to guide me through the legal system, she navigated me through the currents of justice and the riptides of injustice.
