  Guys I need help, I have a shop manual and still can't figure out my headlights. At this point I've figured out my vac tank is fine and that's about it.   Anyone here work at a ford dealer? Trying to get four replacement speakers, a vent in the dash, and the push pins holding the door panels on in my 94. I called our local dealer and they claim all parts are obsolete. They didn't sound like they even looked it up. Just trying to see if it is true that nothing is available from ford or not. I understand I can get the pins/screws from a parts store. But the speakers are so oddly shaped that I can't just throw in aftermarket ones without drilling new holes which I'm trying not to do. Any info on availability would be greatly appreciated.

  check fordpartsgiant.com - lijt need a cross for newer model. then greensalescompany.com (ford nos). and/or nospartsltd.com that jbl system was used on several models so junkyard may be best bet

  Question for the group: My '76 has polished aluminum rims with centre caps held in by three large screws. The teflon/plastic inserts are stripped in several of them. Any ideas where I could get some replacements? Thanks.

  you can find replacement inserts here: http://www.greensalescompany.com you just tap them into place with a rubber mallet. Ford didn't thread the holes so they wouldn't get stripped and then the whole wheel would be bad! Talk about attention to detail.

  I wouldn't take them off unless they were seriously damaged. Ghia models like this one look "naked" without the trim. I bought the same piece for my 77 from Green Sales and it was NOS. They're really good at finding stuff like this. http://www.greensalescompany.com/
