Jim - Both Dawn and Laura are right on point . . . yoga, generally, is good for runners . . . I've been doing it as part of tri training since 2011, and it's been really helpful . . . and both Zenna and Yogavibez are excellent studios . . . also check out Powerhouse Gym in West OC . . .
