  I know it may be a bit late but I just had a fixed flange towbar with twin elecs fitted by MTS in sheffield http://www.mobiletowbarservices.co.uk/mobile-towbar-fitting/ they came to my house in scunthorpe and fitted it to my 54 reg mondeo for £220 which was £30 less than any local garages I tried...
