    My husband and I, who live in Georgia, were married in Baltimore MD 2 years ago and it was magical! You can marry in Maryland whether you live there or not. Fill out the paperwork one day, wait 48 hours, then get married, either at the courthouse or at one of the many gay-friendly venues they have. There are many wonderful historical sites to visit while waiting. We were married at the 1840's Carrolton Inn - they take care of everything.
