My name is Ilka Testman "It"-Introducing a New Approach to your Community Comfortable & Cooking with a Panamanian Style.
Ilka Nationality born and race in Panama City Panama, went to a small private school "IJA"l in Panama City Pma., Immigrant US in 1986 I took SOL classes at Prospect High School in Brooklyn, NY at age 16. Continued taking classes at VCU in Richmond VA for two years fall in love and married with my husband/father of my children for 20 years,we have four beautiful children. Continued taking classes after they children was growing up at JSRCC in 2000 I Graduated and I have a Degree as Hospitality Managements . I'm a dynamic individual extremely self-motivated with a positive Attitude". I was raised with a strong values and work ethic is difficult to find in workplaces todays. I believed that everyday offers each of us an opportunity to be a productive citizen. My winning "Smile", my positive "Attitude", mate me upstaging everything outlook and dreams in my life by fighting my Lungs Diseases.....Am pride myself in making establishment whatever I chose to be the best they can be and help me fighting stronger.... "It Panamanian Family Cuisine on Wheels is a dream come true".
