I need the name of a good jeweler who can take a piece of broken but very special glass and grind it down to make a stone out of it and then make it into a nice necklace. Not gold plated crap. A real honest to goodness necklace. Something most important to me has been broken beyond repair and this is how I want to try and preserve what's left of it. If it's even possible.
