  Holly Striska you actually don't need a permit. http://www.riverside.il.us/index.asp?SEC=5309418E-A3C3-485E-B78B-38685DF2D95C&Type=B_BASIC. You do need to get a list of vendors from the building office though as there are only six that are approved by the village. I used Bolt Scavenger service after calling around a bit. They seemed to have the best price and were able to drop off and pick up the same day.
