  Grace V. wrote: Have been attempting to have this contractor come back and repair the deck. The deck is falling apart and is unsafe. Bret Smith did make a minimal attempt to fix the deck in September 2015, November 2015 for two hours, and I think he made an attempt in May 2016, June 2016, left some building materials in July 2016. Repeated emails, text messages, telephone calls, setting dates for him to come fix the deck have not had results. The deck has been one year in the making and our patience is coming to an end.
