BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We purchased our home in May of 2014. Shortly thereafter, we noticed our air conditioning unit was not working properly. We contacted our Home Warranty company (Long & Foster) who sent out Hull's HVAC to assess and repair the problem. Hull's showed signs of poor customer service from the beginning as they failed to even show up for the initial appointment scheduled. They were also late for the rescheduled date of service on 6/18/14. They noted freezing of the pipe coming out of the back of the furnace and said it was due to the evaporator coils being impacted and all that was needed was a cleaning. They then cleaned the coils, charged the system with freon and guaranteed that we would not experience the problem any longer. Almost 2 months to the date, we began experiencing the very same problem. We called Long & Foster once again and they suggested sending out a different company. The HVAC company who came out found the real problem immediately and stated that the initial company who came out to service did not service the unit correctly. We then called Hull's and they refused to give us a refund or acknowledge that they had incorrectly diagnosed the problem
Do your research!!! There are more negative reviews of them online - there is a reason!!!
Looking for a few recommendations:
1. Central air installation in older home 2. Architects and contractors for kitchen remodeling. Anyone had success with taking down a wall to expand your kitchen? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I have an excellent HVAC guy - Call Jason at Hull's HVAC 215-264-8226 He just installed our new heater/AC unit. Best pricing I could find and he is fully insured and great to work with.
Our oil furnace is in need of repair - it only blows cold air and has to be shut off manually (not at the thermostat). Can anyone recommend a reasonable, honest, competent repair person or company? Thanks!
